Section 19 in The Orissa Industries (Facilitation) Act, 2004
19. Power to remove doubts and difficulties.
- If any doubt or difficulty arises after the commencement of this Act or otherwise, in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the doubt or difficulty.
