Section 7(1) in The Legal Metrology (Government Approved Test Centre) Rules, 2013

(1)The fee payable to test centre for verification or re-verification of weights or measures shall be the same as specified in the Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules of that State where Government Approved Test Centre is situated.
