(2)The Committee shall (a)provide its views and make its recommendations to the Board either suo-moto or on the advice of the Board or of the Director on any financial matter relating to the Institute.(b)provide advice and guidance relating to resource mobilization.(c)perform any other functions as the Board may decide from time to time.
