(1)The Commission may, be general or special order in writing, delegate to the Chairman or any other member, subject to of such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions under sub-section (2) of section 63A as it may deem necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions.
