Section 29(7) in Andhra Pradesh School Education Management (Community Participation) Rules, 1998
(7)The Municipal Education Committee on receipt of funds shall distribute the same among the School Committees as per their requirement and as per the Government directions. Under no circumstances the Municipal Education Committee shall incur expenditure on such fund directly.
