Section 61 in The Punjab Separation of Judicial and Executive Functions Act, 1964
61. In section 409, -
(i)in the proviso to sub-section (1), the words "or third" shall be omitted ; and(ii)in sub-section (2), for the words "State Government", the words "High Court" shall be substituted.
