120. Registration of Lease Deeds/ Contract Agreements.
- All lease deeds or contract agreements effective for a period of 11 months or more shall be duly registered with the Registrar. All expenditure on registration of the lease deed or contract agreement shall be borne by the concession holder. The Officer authorised by the Director may present the papers duly signed by the Director on his behalf for the said purpose.
