85. Amendment of section 198.- In section 198 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (1),-(i) the words" managing agent, secretaries and treasurers or" shall be omitted;
(ii)for the figures and word", 350 and 351", the word and figures" and 350" shall be substituted;(iii)proviso shall be omitted;(b)in sub- section (4), in the Explanation, the figures" 348, 352," shall be omitted.
