Section 163(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)If the State Government is, at any time, of opinion that any regulations made by the Development Authority under this Act should be cancelled or modified, either wholly or in part, it shall cause the reasons for such opinion to be communicated to the Development Authority and shall appoint a reasonable period, being not less than fifteen days, within which the Development Authority may make such representation with regard thereto as it may think fit.
