Section 25 in The Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956
25. Certain offences to be cognizable.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898), any offence punishable under section 23 shall be deemed to be a cognizable offence within the meaning of that Code.
