Section 3(7)(ii) in The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Rules, 1963

(ii)In the case referred to in clause (a) the posting of the notice or order shall be sufficient proof of the service of such notice or order on the person concerned.
