Section 21(1) in Rajasthan Electrical Inspectorate (Formation of Technical Committee and Grant of Licence, Competency Certificate to work and Permit to work) Rules, 2016
(1)The office of the Chief/Senior Electrical Inspector (HoD) is responsible for the grant of Licence, Certificate or Permit under this rule shall enable electronic delivery of services in one year from the date of commencement.
