Section 24(3) in The West Bengal State University (Barasat, North 24-Parganas) Act, 2007.
(3)The Council for Undergraduate Studies in Law shall consist of the following members:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor - Chairman;(ii)the Dean of the Faculty Council for Post-graduate Studies in Law,(iii)the Principal or Principals of Law colleges;(iv)not more than four teachers participating in the subject concerned elected by such teachers from amongst themselves;(v)two persons having special knowledge in the subject concerned nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
