Section 85 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
85. Amendment of section 497.- In section 497 of the principal Act,-(a) for the word" Court", wherever it occurs, the word" Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b)for the words" Official Liquidator", wherever they occur, the words, brackets, letter and figures" Official Liquidator referred to in clause (c) of sub- section (1) of section 448" shall be substituted.
