77.
No meeting for the conduct of election of members specified in sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Act, shall be held unless one-half of the number of members of the Project Committee who are entitled to vote at the election are present.[Chapter VI] [Inserted by Notification No. 32-1-99-5-XXXI-855, dated 26-4-2006.]
