(21)Private bacteriological examination at Government laboratories. - Medical officers will be entitled to receive 60 per cent of the fees charged for private bacteriological examinations in Government laboratories, the details of which are given below. The medical officer may divide it with his assistants and subordinates in such manner as he considers equitable:-
