Section 11(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Land Revenue (Record of Rights and Register of Cultivators) Rules, 1969
(1)Upon receipt of any objection against carrying out the Mutation as applied for, the Mamlatdar of Taluka shall enter each objection in a register of disputed cases maintained in Form V hereto.
