(3)In case the Sub-Registrar in a Municipality or Municipal Corporation or Cantonment or Industrial Project Area is unable to attend to his duties for more than 2 days on account of illness or other urgent causes he shall report the fact to the Registrar who shall at once make temporary arrangements for the performance of the duties of the Sub-Registrar. Any person thus temporarily appointed shall have all powers and perform all the duties of Sub-Registrar appointed under Section 7.
