(4)[ The provisions of sub-sections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of section 29 shall mutatis mutandis apply to the resignations tendered under sub-sections (1) and (2) of this section as they apply to the resignation tendered under sub-section (1) of that section.] [Sub-section (4) was inserted by Maharashtra 13 of 1975, Section 8(b).]
