(5)The Vice-Chancellor shall also be entitled on medical grounds, or otherwise than on medical grounds, to leave without pay for a period not exceeding three months during the term of his office.Provided that such leave may be converted into leave on full pay to the extent to which he will be entitled to leave under sub-section (4).
