Section 160(a) in The Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
(a)the board, be punishable with fine which may extend to [five thousand rupees] [Substituted for 'five hundred rupees' by Tamil Nadu Act No. 4 of 2013, dated 23.2.2013, w.e.f. 31.1.2013.]; and
