Section 4 in The Gujarat Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1991
4. Bar Council to manage fund.
- For the purpose of management and utilisation of the Fund under this Act the Fund shall vest in the Bar Council and the Fund shall be held and applied by the Bar Council in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the regulations.
