Section 21D(1) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(1)An election officer or any other officer provided in the rules shall be appointed by the authority to conduct the elections.Provided that no government servant below the rank of a Co-operative Extension Officer shall be appointed as Election Officer or Alternate Election officer.
