(a)to commence or carry on the business as :-

(i)a manufacturer of or dealer in an animal article or a dealer in trophy or uncurcd trophy shall be granted in Form No. 15;

(ii)a taxidermist shall be granted in Form No. 16;

(iii)a dealer in captive animals shall be granted in Form No. 17;

(iv)a dealer in meat shall be granted in Form No. 18;
