Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure (Transparency through Judicial Preview) Act, 2019
1. Short title, extent, commencement and application.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure (Transparency through Judicial Preview) Act, 2019.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.(4)It shall apply to all Infrastructure Projects implemented in the Sectors enumerated in Schedule Appended to the Act and to such other sectors as may be notified by the Government under the Act from time to time.
