Section 14(i) in The Disaster Management (Amendment) Act, 2025
(i)for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:––“(2) The State Authority shall coordinate the preparation of the State Plan having regard to the National Plan and guidelines laid down by the National Authority, and in consultation with local authorities, District Authorities, Urban Authorities and the people’s representatives as the State Authority may deem fit.”;
