Section 53(f) in Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya Act, 2017
(f)that the affiliation of the colleges or institutions having regard to the educational facilities provided by the other colleges or institutions in the same neighbourhood shall not be injurious to the interest of education.
