110. Delegation of power of Art Commission.
- The Art Commission may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to its Chairman or any other member thereof, or any of its officers subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions as it may consider necessary for the efficient functioning of the Art Commission.Chapter-XII Functions and Powers of Engineer, Finance, Planning and Architect Members
