4. Register of MFIs.
(1)Every registering authority shall maintain for the area under its jurisdiction registers of all MFIs having valid registration in such form as may be prescribed.(2)The registers maintained under sub-section (1) shall be published in such manner and at such intervals as may be prescribed.
