2. After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.
3. In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after filing of the charge-sheet.
4. Permission is granted.
