Section 27(2) in Rajasthan Special Investment Regions Act, 2016
(2)If the State Government is satisfied that any land vested in any local authority is required at any time by the Regional Development Authority for carrying out its functions, it may, notwithstanding anything contained in any Rajasthan Law, by notification in the Official Gazette, place such land at the disposal of the Regional Development Authority on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit:Provided that, before taking any action under this sub-section, the State Government shall give an opportunity of hearing to the local authority concerned.
