Section 7(i) in The Bihar State Bar Council Advocates' (Welfare) Pension Scheme, 2008
(i)Any Advocate-member of the Council Fund or applicant being aggrieved by the decision of the pension Committee, may file an appeal before the Bar Council in 27 typed copies with the prescribed fee of Rs. 200/- within 60 days from the date of knowledge of the order/decision under appeal.
