Section 21 in Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya Act, 2017
21. Controller of Examinations.
(1)It shall be the duty of the Controller of Examinations to hold various examinations of the University, its constituent Colleges, if any.(2)The Controller of Examinations shall be the authority to hold examinations and shall ensure that the results are declared in time.
