Section 84(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(3)The Chairman shall be the ex-officio member and also Chairman of the General Standing Committee and the Finance, Audit and Planning Committee. The Vice-Chairman shall be the ex-officio member and Chairman of the Social Justice Committee:Provided that if the Vice-Chairman acts as the Chairman of Panchayat Samiti the members of the Social Justice Committee shall elect its Chairman from amongst themselves.
