.The above said writ petition was filed seeking a mandamus directing the Tamil Nadu Uniform Services Recruitment Board to award 1/2 mark for participation in the District Level Sports. This writ petition was dismissed by this Court on the ground that the certificate has been obtained by the writ petitioner after publication of the results. Seeking to review the said order, the present review application has been filed.

.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the review applicant, no particular format has been published by the authorities for uploading the certificate. The petitioner was under the impression that he has produced three other certificates which would fetch him marks under the sports quota. In such circumstances, this is the last chance for the petitioner to make an application for the above said post. Unless the said request is considered, his career would get affected.

.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has submitted that the certificate has not been uploaded along with the application. In fact it was obtained only after publication of the result.

.I have considered the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

.Considering the fact that the certificate itself has been obtained after the result was published, this Court is not inclined to entertain the review application. If such a review is entertained, it would embolden others to get fresh certificates and approach the Court now. The petitioner having aware of the fact that the certificates have to be uploaded, has not done so. In fact the certificate itself has been obtained after the publication of results. In such circumstances, there is no error apparent in the order of this Court.

.Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
