Section 13(1)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules

(a)A candidate at an election to the office of the President of a Water Users' Association, may appoint any one person other than himself to be his Election Agent. The notice of such appointment shall be given in Form 10 by forwarding the same in duplicate to the Election Officer who shall return one copy thereof to the Election Agent after affixing therein his seal and signature in token of his approval of the appointment.
