Section 33 in The Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1978
33. Board Fund.
- The Board shall establish a fund to be called "the Board Fund", which shall be deemed to be a local fund and to which shall be credited all moneys received by or an behalf of the Board, otherwise than by way of loans.
