Section 9(3)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of License of Selling by Bar and Conditions of License) Rules, 2017

(a)The holder of prior clearance, the existing licensee who is entitled for grant of license under Rule 6 or the applicant selected for grant of license under Rule 8, as the case may be, may apply in Form-1B for grant of licence in the prescribed form to the Prohibition and Excise Superintendent concerned where the applicant's premises is to be licensed.
