Section 1 in The Orissa (State) Council of Culture Rules, 1990
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules shall be called the Orissa State Council of Culture Rules, 1990, hereinafter referred to as the rules.(2)They shall code into force with effect from the second day of October 1990.
