Section 34(5) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(5)The Inspector may, by order in writing, require the manager of a factory to obtain a report from the Public Health Engineering Directorate, West Bengal, as to whether the drinking water supplied to the workers is fit for drinking or otherwise.
