Section 8(1) in The Goa Command Area Development Act, 1997
(1)The Command Area Development Board shall meet at least once in three months generally in the Secretariat of the Government or at such other place as decided by the Chairman of the CAD Board and observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meeting as may be provided by regulations.
