Section 27(3) in The Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act, 1960
(3)Such declaration shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall state the village, taluka, and district in which the land is situate, the purpose for which the land is needed, its area and assessment. The declaration shall also be published in the prescribed manner at connivent places in the village in which the land is situate.
