104. Public Notice how to be made known.
- Every public notice given under this Act or rules or regulations thereunder shall be in writing bearing the signature of the Secretary to the Authority or such other officer who may be authorised in this behalf by the Authority and shall be widely made known in the locality to be effected thereby affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places within the said locality, or by publishing the same by beat of drum or by advertisement in a local newspaper and by such other means which the Authority thinks fit.
