(2)Every reference to the Board under sub-section (2) of section 15 shall be made-(i)in Form B in respect of an industrial company other than a Government company;(ii)in Form BB in respect of a Government company, and shall be accompanied by five further copies thereof alongwith four copies each of all the enclosures thereto.
