Notice to go through ordinary post as well as registered cover with A/D, for which, requisites etc. must be filed within ten days, failing which, the memo of appeal shall stand dismissed so far as respondent no. 3 is concerned, without further reference to a bench.
Since respondent no. 1 & 2 are being represented by Sri Sudama Singh, who was assisted by Sri Surendra Kumar Mishra, there is no need to pass order for issuance of notice to respondent no. 1 & 2.
