Section 5 in Rules for Grant of Financial Aid to Probationers

The District Probation Officer shall be responsible to maintain the record of such grants as disbursed or sanctioned by him under these rules and shall forward a copy thereof to the Chief Probation Officer who shall send a consolidated statement to the Chief Controlling Authority every year.
