The duty and power of fixing the courses of studies and generally of advising the Governing Body on matters relating to the curriculum, equipment, external examination and other similar administrative matters requiring expert advice shall be performed by the Advisory Committee constituted by Government in their Resolution No. 968-L.S.-G., dated the 26th January, 1927.
