18 14-08-2019Heard learned counsel appearing in the respective cases as well as the learned Advocate General for the State of Bihar.
An affidavit has been filed today bringing on record the cases which are pending before this Court relating to the appointment of informal instructors. The affidavit is accompanied by a summary of cases with their respective status divided in four categories indicating the nature of the claim vis- a-vis the cut off date of 26th February, 2016.
From a perusal of the affidavit and for the convenience Patna High Court MJC No.4208 of 2016(18) dt.14-08-2019 82/83 of learned counsel as well as the litigants, we find it expedient to get this information printed on the cause list so as to enable the concerned counsel in the respective cases to advance their submissions if any.
Accordingly, we direct the Registrar, List to print separately the entire contempt cases shown in the respective four categories as well as the writ applications listed today in the cause list on Monday i.e. 19.08.2019 and the same be put on the website of the High Court indicating that these cases shall be taken up on the date fixed showing the name of the learned counsel for the respective parties in all the cases.
All the learned counsel are requested to accordingly assist the Court and the learned Advocate General shall proceed to instruct the Court about the manner in which the State Government proposes to proceed with the appointments in respect of those candidates who according to the Government are entitled to get appointed.
It is also informed by learned Advocate General that the category wise status of claims as per list appended with the affidavit filed today is uploaded on the website of the Education Department namely, educationbihar.gov.in. The learned counsel are requested to visit the said website for further information in Patna High Court MJC No.4208 of 2016(18) dt.14-08-2019 83/83 this regard.
Let the Registrar, List also list L.P.A. No. 803 of 2019 and all connected matters on Wednesday next i.e. 21.08.2019 before this Bench.
