Section 2(n) in The West Bengal Housing Industry Regulation Act, 2017
(n)"company" means a company incorporated and registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and includes,-(i)a corporation established by or under any Central Act or State Act;(ii)a development authority or any public authority established by the Government in this behalf under any law for the time being in force;
