Section 17(1) in The U.P. Employees' State Insurance Labour Medical Service Auditors Service Rules, 1997
(1)The Appointing Authority shall make appointment by taking the names of candidates in the order in which they stand in the list prepared under rule 15 or 16, as the case may be.
